In a bid to improve access to health care, provide health education, and enhance the social well-being of the refugee community as well as the host community, Family Health Promotion Malawi is implementing hygiene and sanitation in Dzaleka as one way of complementing government efforts in the camp management.

He said this today when the organization conducted a sweeping exercise at the distribution center as one way of maintaining sanity in Dzaleka camp.
